The connection matters because design, content, development and manual testing influence the same end-to-end experience. The resulting design system is now available and being used for the ActewAGL development and design teams to guide and speed up the delivery of their ongoing retail and platform transformation. Following a comprehensive design and content strategy the team implemented a design and content style guide. Annex's published capability model brings those concerns together so that a decision in one area does not quietly create a problem somewhere else in the service or platform.
