The connection matters because systems, security, integrations, delivery constraints and future change influence the same end-to-end experience. The resulting design system is now available and being used for the ActewAGL development and design teams to guide and speed up the delivery of their ongoing retail and platform transformation. With their new app and website projects approved for redevelopment ActewAGL engaged Annex to deliver and document a Design System for the organisation. Annex's published capability model brings those concerns together so that a decision in one area does not quietly create a problem somewhere else in the service or platform.
